So Many Issues

This website is so frustrating to use. I have tried many times to post on this forum and keep getting error cod e "37FF74E2" and to contact a site administrator (which is impossible to do).... 

My question is:

I'm simply trying to turn off monthly seller statements that get emailed to me even when there's no activity. This is completely useless to me and I wish to turn them off or I may just report it as spam since there doesn't seem to be an option to do so. I have chatted with live chat personal and they close the chat too soon before the question is answered. 

Can ANYONE help me with this since it's impossible to get in touch with Ebay?

My eBay > Account settings > Account > Communication preferences > Seller > Selling activity

From there, deselect all the notifications you don’t want to receive. Do the same for Seller Tools & Seller Performance Notifications.

None of these options mention "statements" specifically though. I still want to receive seller updates, I just don't want a $0 statement sent to me during the months that I'm not selling anything

Exactly! This is the issue I have. Thank you for confirming that you too do not see any mention of statements.

Maybe this is it, under Selling preferences? It says 'invoice' instead of 'statement' - we don't get invoices anymore, so I'm not sure what would happen if you turn it off, but seems like it'd be worth a shot.

This was disabled for my account by default. Appreciate the continued suggestions though!
