In the past 3 months I have been charged 564.00 in international site visibility fees from listing I did not upgrade. I list my items through shopify but there is not option for interntational site visibility. When I called customer service they said it was a shopfiy issues. I contacted shopfiy they said they would look into it. After talking to customer service on ebay again with a different customer service person, thank god, we discovered that they could not really tell who was responsible for the upgrading of these listings but I guarantee it's not me, I'm just the one paying for it. So, on May 5th I listed an item, on, good until canceled. On August 1, I was charged the upgrade fee even though I had not touched the listing. On August 29th I received a message I could not ship to UK because I could not sell there due to not having a VAT number. On Septmber 5th Ebay recieved update information from Shopify, that's after the fee. Ebay tried to tell me it was a shopfiy issue. They also said they could not credit me all those fees because they had already issued me a credit for other technical issues not related to this, but I was told I could recieve a credit for my anchor store. I received a bill for 99 for my anchor store - only 200 credit and another 181.50 ininternational site visibility fees for the UK even though I am not allowed to sell to them. They are frustrating me because they do not want to give me my money back so now they have taken my profit for the past three months because that is all the profit I make with all the rest of their fees. They want me to give them time to keep looking into it. Its been 2 weeks already and no word but I still have to pay the bill?? I can't because you are not putting me in the whole. I am a teacher trying to make a little extra money!! Instead I am paying you to do nothing for me. This is frustrating to say the least.

Shopify is the one putting you in the negative.
I do not use Shopify, but have my shipping options on eBay set to ship WorldWide. I pay no Site visibility fees.

How do you know it's shopify? Ebay doesn't.

Not to mention they charged me three times within 3 days for the same items on that international listing upgrade fee. And the customer service agent even put in a ticket due to not knowing after researching it with me. They can tell when Shopify's program sends information over it was after the fees started, which is why he put in a ticket to have it investigated.
