Shipping labels not processing

anyone having problems shipping? once I click to purchase shipping label, I get an error message stating,

"we were not able to take the payment". whats going on??

What is your payment option set for? The Payment preference is on the left side near the bottom on the label purchase page. Does it say PayPal?

If you can't resolve the problem on eBay, buy the label on PayPal, same rates, just a little different format.

What source has your shipping label payment been extracted from in the past?

you need to get a action 🤔for this and  check your tracking numbers and carrier services after contact eBay Customer Care agent.
