Shipping label problems

Anyone else having issues with shipping label problems today?
trying to print a label for a heavy item that is being packed in two boxes 

and for some reason 

it says it will cost me the same amount to ship a 30lb package as it will to ship a 1 lb package

Are you shipping USPS? Have you entered the package dimensions and weight? 

I just played with a shipment in queue, and mine is working properly. Sorry... but good luck!
