Shipping excluded locations not working -

I have it set up so when I make a new listing, It automatically excludes certain locations. When I want to change it on the listing, I get the pop up but nothing loads except the "save and close" Button. I also can't seem to find out how to change that option on my android system on my phone.  Any adivce?

Are you using an adblocker? I have run into cases where an aggressive adblocker can prevent popup menus from displaying their options. Try temporarily disabling or not running on that page and see if that helps.

Nope, no ad blocker. I was working fine up till yesterday. I tried both Mozilla, chrome and internet explorer and it is doing the exact same thing

The excluded shipping regions and item specifics are down.  It has nothing to do with your computer or browser.  Someone at eBay messed something up and it is affecting nearly all listings.  The issue started yesterday.  eBay, WHATS UP WITH THIS!!!???!!!  Get it fixed ASAP!!!
