Shipping Options Just Disappeared?

Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up?

Hey @natoman777! The Product team is currently rolling out a solution. As the rollout happens Shipping Options will go back to working as indented.

Indented or intended. I think I found the issue. Snarky but it is a disgrace that a public company has so many unforced errors.

Hey devon@ebay can you also check with the Product Team about Simple Delivery being shown on the US listing form as part of this issue too please?

The few sellers I've spoken to who are seeing this all use Business policies if that's helpful, though I'm not sure if it's exclusive to that.

The wording is the same as what those options look like for the UK, so I assume either something about this issue is displaying UK options to some US sellers in error or....eBay may be planning to expand Simple Delivery to the US and it just got deployed a little early and not quite ready for prime time.

Any info you can find out for us would be much appreciated, thanks!

JUST TRIED TO CREATE A LISTING AND AS I WAS CHANGING THE WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS THEY DISAPPEARED IN MID-STROKE. NOT THERE YET.

This is back to normal on my end, but if anybody is still running into the problem and has an immediate need to get around it before the fix is rolled out completely:

Use 'sell similar' from one of your existing listings (or use the app). Using 'sell similar' worked for me to get around the problem.

Same for me.  Absolutely nothing shows up under 'shipping options' for me to select.  It all disappeared.  There is nothing there at all.  No drop down menu, no way to put dimensions or weight in.  This is ridiculous!  I can't list anything.

I'm having the same problem with shipping. I opened a case Saturday with customer service and they said it would be fixed by today. Nothing, no contact at all. I had to put my store on time away.
