Used the bulk shipping labels to ship 8 items last night. Purchase AND PRINTED the labels. Notice this morning that those 8 items are still in my Awaiting Shipping list. Huh?
Checked Paypal, yes I was charged for labels. Looked in paid and shipped, the items aren't there. Went to shipping labels and found that the tracking was not attached to the items. I can manually do this but it's a pain. This should not happen, ever.

Hi @dtexley3 - following up on this, I've heard back from tech.
There was a temporary outage on PayPal's side during the same window that you purchased those specific labels. While PayPal corrected the issue quickly, they don't always 'backdate' the information to us that occurred during the outage. This is why your labels didn't automatically update, so adding the numbers manually was the best course of action.
