Anybody else seeing this? When I click on "Show Shipping Details" on the order details page, the page will refresh but nothing else in displayed. The button text changes to "Hide Shipping Details".

If I copy the tracking number to the respective shipper's tracking site it shows the proper information.
Happening with both UPS and USPS shipments.

YES. If I click on "Order number" from a return, INR, email, etc., there are no shipment details - it's just blank. The information can be found by manually looking up the order, but still a major PITA.

Hi @emklaus! I see that this started happening this weekend. I went ahead and added you and @gurika89 to the open ticket. For now if you click the tracking number from the main Purchase History page you can see tracking updates there; or you can copy the tracking number and go direct to the carrier's website. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. 😊

Until eBay fixes the bad link, use the tracking info shown on your Purchase History or Summary page instead.

I can not use this method, taxes requres the whole order details, like before

I too am having this problem since Monday as a buyer (and would not mind being added to the ticket). However, I have been persuaded that it is safer anyway to use the links from my Purchase History.
