Server Down

I have been trying to edit my Store all day long and I keep getting an error message that the servers are down.  When are they going to be back up?

Just paying for a store does not mean you will be able to access it using a older device. Your internet provider will sell you internet service even if you are on a older outdated pc with just a floppy drive and no modem or Ethernet port.

Having the proper hardware and software ultimately  is the users responsibility. While most likely other sites will be working fine if you are going to be using eBay to make money selling items it would probably be a good idea to buy a newer computer. It will run faster, have more memory, and the newer os and browser will have less issues. Plus these issue will only become more predominant as the device gets older.

I have an Intel Core I7 Processor, Running Windows 10, with 8GB RAM. It's a new laptop that works great.   I have Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both up to date.  I'm tech savvy.  The problem is not me or my system.  Once again, Ebay has already said the problem is on their end. 

Not sure why contributors are having a difficult time comprehending that it's an Ebay server problem.  I'm not sure how to make it clearer.
