Serious eBay Store Issue - This page does not exist. Please continue to shop on eBay

This issue has been reported before, I adding my 2 cents to see if anyone knows who or how I should contact someone at eBay to help get it fixed. 

I have had an eBay store for several years, I periodically review my links and categories to make sure they function as intended. Earlier this week I noted the issue with "This page does not exist. Please continue to shop on eBay"

This message appears for every category displayed on an item page. Its interesting that the category links are active on the landing page of my store, the links continue to function correctly until you click a listing - no category is active from any of my listings. To me this is a serious issue with a clear negative impact on my sales.

Suggestions? A few years ago eBay dropped all but the main images from several hundred of my listings, their solution was for me to check each listing, one by one, to see which listings had dropped images. I do not want to anything like that again.

I've just changed my name of my shop to the same as my ebay name, they were different (have been for years and worked fine). This appears to have solved the link on the right (Visit Shop) but not the little red doors on See Other Items but at least its a step in the right direction and better than nothing.

Last year I changed my user name and store name at the same time, I didn't notice any issues until I downgraded my store level to match the number of listings I am comfortable with. That began on the 15th of this month. I just changed my store name back to my old user name and now the links work however my user name and store name are different. Not sure I like that but most customers will not notice until I have a chance to figure out how to change my store name to reflect my current name without closing the store and opening a new one.
