Serious Defect in eBay Evaluation Program/BBE

 

Recently my account has been evaluated and restricted under the BBE category OUT OF STOCK for 3/three transactions, and a limit reduction has been applied to my account without the fault at our end which has caused a bad effect on my business.

 

2/Two transactions were canceled by eBay itself, notifying us through an email and I returned the funds immediately to eBay. Otherwise, we had to provide a tracking number or otherwise had to face a late shipment dispatch alert for the orders that were already canceled by eBay!

 

1 order after dispatching the item we issued a full refund as a DISCOUNT to the buyer as a goodwill gesture, further, the item was also delivered, and positive feedback was received in favor which indicates that the buyer is satisfied with the item and our service, and the buyer went through a Good Buying Experience and the item is also not out of stock.

 

am unable to understand and find out our fault here, and also how an eBay canceled orders and positive feedback order can fall under the BBE > OUT OF STOCK category!

 

The only reason to explain this is that there is a serious defect in the eBay evaluation program/BBE, And we as sellers wish that this serious error may be fixed ASAP and hope no other seller shall face such trouble again.

Why would you 'return the $$' if you had a sale, created and then shipped the item? 

 

What 'time' after the sale did you get this 'email from ebay to cancel'??

The emails were received within a few hours of the sale, saying; 

(We wanted to let you know that a bid for the listing below was canceled because of an issue with the buyer’s account.  unfortunately, the buyer, XXX  is no longer registered on eBay so we had to cancel all of their open transactions. Don’t complete the sale or ship the item, etc.)

Then I just returned the payment to eBay. soon or later I had to return the money to eBay and that's what we did.
