Sent messages not working

Earlier in the morning my list of messages had disappeared, 

then it returned, but now I can not send messages. Someone else with this issue?

Not resolved yet.

Received a message from this buyer and replied twice but it did not go through.

I checked the SENT MAIL box, they were not there.

When I reply, generally it alwasys shows the Arrow Icon on the buyer's comment but there was no the icon for this buyer's question today.

Also, when you list the item in the variation (such as S,M, L), if either one was sold, we did not get any e-mail from eBay when the listing ended.

Moreover, we did not receive Sold Item confirmation e-mail today.  Just received the payment confirmation e-mail from PayPal. That's all.
