I have had this problem more than once when I click send invoice and not all won auctions get included in the invoice. I send invoice and then realize here are 2 more or in this most recent 5 more that were not included in the invoice. Result is the buyer has an incorrect invoice. Almost impossible any more to talk to an agent to get help. What I end up doing is add the auction price of missing pieces to the shipping charge and send that. Makes my combined shipping look bad but don't know what else to do.

How many items are you trying to invoice at once? I think the system limits to 40 items per invoice.
@sin-n-dex may have some tips for you if she sees this tag.

Thanks for the page.
You can only invoice 40 at once. In my most recent batch of auctions (where one guy wins 80 items each week), I invoiced 40 to start, then when I went to invoice again (on an item not included), I clicked "hide invoiced items" and that would invoice the second batch of items not already previously invoiced. This seemed to work for sending multiple invoices to the same customer. There's nothing else you can do, eBay's system will only allow 40 items at once to be invoiced.
