When I try to print my monthly report for September under Myebay, Selling, selling tools, reporting, it gives me the message that it will take about 60 minutes but the report never shows up. I've tried multiple times over the last few days.
The last report I ran was for August and although the system tells me the last update was September 9th, the August report won't come up either. The last report I can see is July.
I need these reports to file my sales tax return.
Please advise.
