All of a sudden, some of my eBay listings are now saying, Seller does not accept returns. I have always offered 30 day returns. When I go in to edit it, it won't let me change it. PLUS, my shipping options are gone. If I'm trying to edit the listing, I can't change shipping or the return policy.

This happened because I was automatically put into a Business Policies account. It screwed up a bunch of things for me, but it has now been resolved.
I talked to a Mark Anthony at eBay. And it is now resolved. I don't know how this happened, but somehow I was automatically opted into a Business Policies account. Happened out of nowhere on Thursday night while I was listing. If any of you are having trouble with this, go to this link: https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage?profileType=SHIPPING&totalPages=4
OR you can go to your username, use the drop down and choose Account Settings, then click on Business Policies in the Selling Section.
Once inside there, you'll want to be on Manage Business Policies. On the same line that you see Manage Business Policies, look over to the right and click, Opt Out. This immediately resolved the issue for me!! Thank you, Mark Anthony!!

Some reason there are only 5 that now show 'no returns'. If it won't change back or won't let you by tomorrow, you could try end/relist where you will then 'edit' the listing.

Yeah, I thought about that. Tried to start a new listing tonight, but it won't let me change return policy and in addition to that problem, the eBay glitch doesn't even give me an option for shipping. So, I can't list until this gets solved. Dang.

In addition to that glitch. When I go in and try to change the policy back to accepts returns, I get this message in red: "This policy is the same as your existing policy. You can either use your existing policy or make changes to this one." And for those checking this out, it's happening on new listings too. PLUS, I have no shipping options anymore. Was really hoping to do a lot of listings tonight. Can't do anything until this is fixed.
