Both of these items the buyer did not ship them back and the return was closed by eBay, but still both items show up bad for my Seller Performance as shown below. ebay support was contacted on separate phone calls to the Phillipines support people but nothing was done to eliminate them from my seller performance level even though support said they would take care of it.
