Seller Not Able To Message Buyer

Today, December 19, 2024 eBay has changed their messaging service. I am a Seller and I am unable to contact my Buyers. When I go to the auction, click on "More Actions", then click on "Message Buyer", the page goes to a pigeon sitting in a mailbox and underneath that it says, "No Messages". There is no place to click on to communicate with my Buyers. I always email a confirmation email informing the Buyer when their item will be mailed out and how it will be mailed out. Now I can't do this because of eBay's changes.

Yep.  This is a bug.

You can get around it for now by using the App on a phone or tablet.  Hopefully it gets fixed soon.  You can read more here:

Okay, thanks. I called eBay and they couldn't tell me anything. That didn't surprise me.
