Why can't I activate the option "Returns Accepted Bayer, 30 Days, Maney Back" when selling? But the option "Seller does not accept returns" is always activated.

Sell an item

You'll need to Edit your current listings to change your Return Policy. Tick the field 'Domestic Returns Accepted, and tick '30 Days' and whether the 'Buyer or Seller pays' under and Return Shipping field. As you list new items, you'll need to set up the Return Policy that you want. Good luck.
