Searches selected with "item location - Europe" do not contains items from UK. Why?

You may want to ask this question on the community forum of the specific EU site you are using to search.

Users on the ebay.com site do not have the option to search Europe or EU only.

My understanding is that the UK is considered to be part of Europe but not part of the European Union, and not every UK item may ship to all countries in Europe.

As said above the choices I get in the UK are - UK only, European Union, Continental Europe, and Worldwide.

For the purposes of eBay, the UK is considered to be part of Continental Europe -- at least when I search ebay.co.uk and choose "Continental Europe" as the Item location, I see UK listings. If I change that to European Union Item location, and sort by "Nearest first" using a UK postal code, I see listings in France and Belgium.

Yes you're right, just had a quick look myself. Bit of an ebay quirk.
