Search Results, click Sold Items changes Sort Order

Do a search. Results are shown with my View Customize Preferences Sort order "Sort: Price + Shipping: lowest first". Good. Click "Sold items" checkbox. Sold results are now shown with Sort order "Sort: Ended Recently". BAD. Results should be shown with same Sort Order as Previous page, or at least with using my View Customize Preferences Sort order.

whoever designed the new look ebay search does not use ebay themselves

it now takes me heaps more time searching as i have to continually set my preferences

Ended recently has always been the sort order for solds.  Theory being that most people want to see the  most recent price something has sold for.......
