I just had a listing taken down, and I received an email saying I broke the search manipulation policy for including "AutographedNo" in my title or description. However, this is not the case. I believe it's a bug from when I selected "No" for "Autographed" in the item specifics.
Please understand that you used the keywords "AutographedNo" in the title or description of the listing. Keywords are often used for the purpose of diverting members to a listing, which is not permitted. Also, usage of different keywords in the title results in a poor search experience. Keywords can be defined as brand names, celebrity names, designer names, specific products, or other much searched words, which are unrelated with the actual item for sale. You can relist your item by removing the unrelated keywords from your listing."
My description:
"Card is ungraded. Card condition is at the lower end of moderately played.

Wow, that would speak to a serious issue if that's what happened, and looking at your other Yu-Gi-Oh cards, I come to the same conclusion as you.

Hey guys - could you look at this and let us know what's going on? This is potentially a big system issue if listings are being pulled for filling out Yes/No on the item specific that asks if a card is autographed. If you consider this to be account-specific, could you at least get in touch with @rycieci0 and perhaps they will come back to let us know what you were able to find?
Hey @wastingtime101! Taking a look at what information has been provided, it appears that the card may have been removed in error. I would encourage @rycieci0 to reach out to customer support to have this reviewed.
