I can search a seller's store for specific words that are in the titles of items listed for sale by that seller, and the search results will be empty. It doesn't happen with every word search, but it does happen with some words most all of the time. For example the word "organo" can be searched for within a seller's store where the word "organo" is used in listing titles, and the search will return no results.

A general search for organo is currently steered into the following category:
Musical Instruments & Gear: Pianos, Keyboards & Organs: Organs
If the item is not listed in that category, it may not appear in a search using just that keyword.
To avoid having your search results steered into a specific category or having your keyword substituted with a synonym, try putting your search term in quotes to see if that makes a difference when searching.

Wondering @elronster if you're willing to share the store link for reference so we can do some testing?
I'm asking because if you're searching a specific store / specific seller's listings then the category default mentioned above might not be the issue. Category default is definitely the first thing I'd look at with general search though, so eburtonlab's advice is strong.
There was an intermittent issue throughout the Spring with searching key words in 2 areas: 1. seller hub active listings page and 2. seller's store in buyer search. They were yielding 0 results when they should have pulled up results. It was seemingly random, too.
This issue went away for a while, but last week it popped up again. I noticed it when I was searching for something in my active listings in seller hub. One word yielded zero results and two words pulled up the item. The one word search had been used many times before without issue.
I checked the tech board and found the old/closed ticket number:
Item title search in active listing page returns 0 results (March 13, 2023 - May 26th, 2023)
Reference ID: ALERT14517
So if we can duplicate the problem with your store search experience if you're willing to provide that link, then with both of us seeing the problem it would be worth tagging an eBay rep to see if there's a new ticket or a way to reopen the old one. When I ran into the problem last week I did report it to CS through social, but the rep didn't even ask for my account name or give me a link to verify. Just said OK, they'd report it which was out of the ordinary.

This search anomaly doesn't happen with all stores, but it happens with this one...
Here is the specific item link showing the word "organo" in the listing's title... https://www.ebay.com/itm/265822924006
Note: the title might come up for you translated to English, however searching "organ" also returns no results on the seller's store.

Over the past 2-3 years, I used to see this happen kind of regularly, and just accepted it for what it was. Now that I'm looking to reproduce the problem on stores, I can only find the one example I provided.

This was happening a few months ago. The word ZUNI wouldn't show up when a buyer was searching my store, 1885 also wouldn't show in store search. It got fixed a few weeks later. I searched using organ it showed for me.

Hmm ... interesting. At first I was theorizing that the translation could be an issue. So I searched for words in the title that were the same in both languages like Hammond and Phase 6 but I was unable to pull up that item when searching the seller's store.
Because of this, and because I ran into the problem with my seller hub active listings last week, I wonder if the closed ALERT14517 is rearing its ugly head again.
Hey kyle@ebay - if you're not tired of me yet today, could you review the few posts in this discussion and check to see if there's an open tech ticket? 😁

That LP listing may not show up in a default search because it has an extended shipping time and may be subject to customs processing.
If you change your search from a "default" item location to "worldwide, it should appear.

Hey @wastingtime101 - Nope! Not tired of you at all! You've been keeping me on my toes. 😃
It does seem that there is an intermittent issue with search results in a store not populating, and an alert was recently opened for this issue (ALERT14841). I've gone ahead an updated the tech board as well.

Thanks kyle@ebay !
Go to this page @elronster and use chat (type agent in the box) or callback and ask them to add your account to ALERT14841 and also give them the seller's ID.
