Scheduled Start Time changes when revising a Scheduled Start Date

There is a bug in the rescheduling procedure of the Scheduled Listings page that causes the scheduled starting time to change if the user is not in the Pacific time zone. I have screenshots showing how the error occurs, but I'll post them in a reply below this one, so that the image thumbnails don't get all stacked up on the main page of this group.

As of today still an issue and I get people are like plan 3 hours ahead problem is I work a full time job so when I get home at 5/530 I’m on the east coast.  Knowing that it takes it as pacific time it bumps my auction to 8/830.  I want my auctions to start around 7.  Now I have to plan a full day in advance to list.  I have put tickets in but zero response!  Start times for auctions are a key element just don’t want to start whenever.  I have set times and days I do mine.  It really is a pain.
