Feedback numbers are not the same as reviews. Feedback is for transactions; reviews are for products. Feedback is on a user's feedback page; reviews are on product pages and are not tied to particular seller.
On your feedback page if you click on the little "i" in a circle next to your feedback percentage, it will explain exactly how the numbers and percentages are calculated.
