Return shipping label

Return shipping label Link was sent to me through email I click on it and it gives me a technical error message so I am not able to print out the shipping label and I’m supposed to return the item in one week what the **bleep**

@jjhe-19   Clear cookies, History, temp internet file, close internet connection, re-open it and try again.  Try a different browser.  You may have to allow temporary popups.

if all that fails suggest calling eBay and asking them what's going on?
