I'm trying to return a defective item, but for the past 3 days, when I go to print the return label, it brings me to a page that looks like it should have a spinning "loading" icon that says "Please wait while we create your return label". Well, the icon never moves, and a label is never created.
I've tried clicking the "Print return label" link, but this just opens a print preview that says "Please wait while we create your return label". After about 5 minutes, the page times out, and I get the error message "Sorry we're not able to process the label at this time, please try again later.".
This has been happening for days. Any thoughts?

Check your browser options -- if you are using Firefox, make sure that under "applications" it is set to open up pdf files using a pdf reader such as Adobe Acrobat reader rather than using a browser plug-in. In some cases, pdf files will appear in your downloads -- try opening it there.

Unfortunately, I have now tried it on 3 browsers: Brave, Chrome and Edge. The issue isn't with locating or opening the PDF, it is with generating the label at all.
