I'm attempting to return an item to the seller.  Ebay provided a return confirmation for which you have to click a link to obtain the return details.  For the last two days, I've clicked that link and this is the message I receive: "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."  Is anyone else having problems?

Make sure you are signed in to the same account used to make the original purchase, otherwise you will get that error message.

Same thing here and I cant contact anyone from tech support. What to do?

I don't think you can get a callback in Saudi Arabia, but the chat link on this page might work.
