Reporting in file exchange

Each month I download my sales report from file exchange and it includes all my sales for the period. I've just downloaded it from August - the end of september and all looks fine except it doesn't list the item name, which it used to do and does from the 26th September. It's like the 1st August - 25th September is a black hole. Can anyone help?

Try itagain. It may have just been a momentary glitch between servers.
