I have been attempting to use the "report a seller" tab to report a seller who is in violation of eBay pre-sale rules to the extent that buyers stand a very good chance of being badly burned - making eBay and other sellers look bad - but a red banner pop's ups asking me to try again later. Could this be looked into as it seems like it is important to have this functioning so that problems like this can be looked into and evaluated. Thanks
