Reply to case will not work cannot Reply in Email area - Another problem for me with eBay

One thing after another!

 

1) I had a buyer not be able to print a return shipping label.  The return was approved.

2) So, they opened a case against us.

3) eBay's system will not allow them to get a label.

4) I get an email from eBay threatening me if I don't do what they want fast enough  - even though they are the ones suppose to be allowing labels to be printed to to keep the process smooth - they will give the buyer the item & the refund 

5) So I get a label all ready to go and am suppose to "reply" to the email of the case.

6) Guess what!, it sends me to the help pages.  I cannot reply.  Just another eBay failure.

 

So, at this point I feel eBay is failing in one way after another.  My listings lost the size, now I cannot reply to emails from eBay as they request I need to, I have drop down menus on the men's clothing that have things in them that are completely off target for the item, I have a messed up dash board that cannot tell me sales numbers correctly.  I think in the last 30 days, I have never ever been more unhappy with the lack of understanding I have received from eBay and the continued failings.  I think eBay has just created the biggest mess I have ever seen.  AND, I am stuck spending HUGE amounts of time dealing with one thing after another.  I am beyond frustrated right now and the rep. just keeps saying the "system" has limitations and sorry I cannot help you with doing that.  Also, my multi list items are jamming if I fill in the "size" box on the main page of the listing under required.  It is like the entire thing is in a slow but steady meltdown.  I think eBay needs to clean this mess up and fast!
