Remove background tool not working again on android phone, turns background black

The remove background tool seems to work for studio, surface, and outside, but when you select white it turns background totally black. There isn't even a black background selection. Seems to work ok on my laptop. It has been like this for a few days. Not sure if they are still updating or unaware there is an issue.

I have not used Ebays background remover in awhile so there may have been improvements with it overall. (when working) Typically i don't like promoting any company/app but you may want to look into Photoroom if you batch a lot of photos for your listings. The free app is available and can be used for single photos but if you buy the app (yearly subscription) it offers batch removals and many other easy backgrounds to use or manipulate. I don't get paid or get anything from them. Just a heads up on other possibilities out there.

Obviously size limitations, but I take pictures on top of my washing machine. You would never know unless I told you.

In general I like the eBay tool.  It makes life a little easier when it works on your phone. Going to another app is an extra step I would rather not do. They have been tweaking the eBay photo tools, hopefully they will fix it soon.
