We are a very large group of experienced eBayers who volunteer our time here to help others and answer questions when/if we can.

You probably should contact eBay about your issue.  Warning:  Not sure how famous eBay is for acts of kindness.

There is no eBay team in this forum, we are all eBay buyers and sellers here. 
Even if someone from eBay was here, this is not the place to make demands of the removal of restriction or suspensions. 

We cannot remove any restrictions or suspension on your account. 
The message you received regarding your restriction and suspensions are spelled for you there.

If your suspension is permanent or indefinite that means it is irreversible and eBay doesn’t want you selling in their site.
