I've heard a l9t of people talking about how accurate down detector is as evaluating ebays system status, what I can tell you is that when my sales j6st suddenly stop for no reason then I check downdetectpr and 100% of the time it's reporting issues, talk to ebay and they say its fine. By fine they mean they can see your listing. This doesn't mean that Mrs Jones in the next town can see them when she enters a search though. It's the visibility of our listing that matted, Ebays Facebook team are pretty helpful but I think their hands are tied on this particular subject and we all know that ebay are forever playing around trying to improve things for their buyers, I don't think they particularly care about sellers or what we have to endure, Bet if ebay performance affected their salaries there would be a lot less messing around. But downdetector I trust and this is based on many years of experience
