Refuse to connect

I've tried to add volume pricing to some of my listings and all I get is Refuse to connect. It's been going on since yesterday. Any time frame when this issue might be fixed?

I have been getting around this error by using the Sell Similar function from other listings. Not a perfect solution but does work.

I don't know if this might help, but I get this in Firefox.......if I use the Open new window link......It goes to a sign in page (that works) and I can make a listing.  If your browser has an "open in new window" option.....you might see if that works.
