Hello I am hurting really bad I found out that the $500.00 Ebay cards was used on someone else account I have copy of receipts purchased on July 3rd 2020 that account who hack my 13 digit numbers need to be cancelled and reimbursed back to me asap I been taking in a complete circle

Probably nothing anyone can do about that. If the cards were used, like cash, there is no way to recover it.

If you used them to pay for an item found on another website, you've  been scammed.
