Recent weird forward by eBay

 hey so rencently when i've been trying to view all items of a person or store ebay sends me to a general catalog which is the following page https://www.ebay.com/v/allcategories . i have no idea why and how this is happening, i've only noticed this in the last few days or so. has anyone run into this issue or know anything about it?

Some people have pointed it out and they may be promoting other catagories using the sellers store or items.

I've encountered that page when a search link was broken; individual listing links may lead to a "something went wrong" page, but higher level broken search links lead to a general category page, and I think broken account links lead to your My eBay landing page.

eBay made some changes in how store addresses are handled, so if folks have not updated their store pages the links may be broken. Usually you can still get to their item listings from their feedback page if that's the case.
