QR code not working at Post Office or on my computer

Went to the post office on Saturday 2/08/2025 the QR didn't work so the person at the post office said okay we will send the parcel on, but can't give a receipt.

I am waiting to see if goes to my customer.

Not a good service is it.

Disgusted with this business, I am person with things to sell on ebay, can't be doing with this sort of thing.

Bad business all round.

If the QR code didn't work, how did they know who to ship the package to?

I could get a receipt, so I sent the parcel to my customer.

It arrived on quick time.

This doesn’t make any sense.

EBay please explain this?
