I'm sorry that happened.
Cancel that QR label and get a fresh one.
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.
Then, you can print another label:
1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label <<==
3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.

This issue you posted on in December of last year has apparently reared its ugly head again. Has this been reported by other Sellers?

Hey @mr_lincoln thanks for checking in. I'm not seeing any other reports of this issue cropping back up at this time. So, for now, this seems to be an isolated incident for this member. But we'll keep an eye out for more.

Thank you Kyle, the thread title caught my eye and when checking dates here I realized the age of the original issue and the recent post ... but you never know ...
