Are you using the eBay app? If so try using a browser to view your Purchase History.
If you are using a mobile browser, try requesting the desktop site version of the page, and open your Purchase History link in the same browser tab.
If your Purchase History does not load in a desktop browser, try viewing your orders on your Summary page.
Try using a different browser. If the Purchase History loads properly in a different browser, try clearing your cache and eBay cookies in your original browser.
If you are still unable to view your Purchase History in a browser or the eBay app, try going to ebay.ca and viewing your Purchase History there.
