do you bother to read what I already said?  If not I will say it again:  I only have one account and do not use guest.  DO YOU NEED CAPS TO UNDERSTAND?  HERE ARE SOME ORDER NUMBERS I MADE IN NOVEMBER: 17-12378-74429 AND 16-12333-89984 BOTH DO NOT SHOW UP IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY.
