Purchase history disappeared

I have been using eBay for more than a couple of years. I have always been able to go back and look at previous purchases. Wether to verify price, or to buy another of the same item, etc. Now all of my purchases have disappeared. The page just says I have no purchases. Is there a different way to show items purchased? Or recover purchase history? Why would it all disappear?

Hi @vnsc_75 - we're aware that some members are experiencing issues trying to access various pages on eBay, including shipping, selling and checkout pages.

I'm having a similar issue.. at least 10 or 15 items are missing of my purchased history, I need to get in touch with the seller for malfunctioning item that I have bought,  I have absolutely no way of finding him or contacting.... left here with broken defective items... what the hell is that about...??? what am I supposed to do now.?

Is it possible that some of your previous purchases were made using a different eBay account? That might explain some missing purchases.

Otherwise, try searching your Purchase History by title keyword; sometimes a search can find transactions that may not appear when viewing by year.

Scanning your feedback left or received might also find evidence of transactions if they are missing from your purchase history.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

The default view of purchase history is the last sixty days; if you are trying to see older transactions, change the date range at the top of the list.

Hi Rexton

Sorry to bother you I could've written your message Friends experience is identical but roughly a month apart was wondering whether you've got any help or it corrected itself.Friend asked me to look into her problem for her basically she's lost all of 2023 purchase history including recent items which may need to be returned. Obviously all the obvious stuff posted in the thread has been checked.

If you go to SHOW HIDDEN they will reappear in last 60 days purchases etc.

I am dealing with the exact same thing just in the last week. I placed a order and got one update when it shipped. Then it disappeared from my purchase history. I’ve received no more updates and I have no record of the seller.
