I'm not sure what's going on, but most of my Purchase History is missing. When I tinker with the filters, it shows six purchases from 2022 and two purchases from 2021. But if I click on "Buy Again," it shows something like 15 items I purchased from those same two years. I can also search for a specific item in my orders and the order pulls up fine.
I'm trying to keep track of some items I preordered but, short of searching for all those items one at a time, there doesn't appear to be any way to confirm what I've ordered in the past.

Any difference if you check your orders on the Summary page, or when viewing purchases in the eBay app?

The Summary page seems to have the same issue. I’ll try loading the app and see if that makes any difference.

Update: The app has the same issue, apparently. Thanks for the suggestion, but it looks like this goes deeper. I can’t imagine why this would happen for some - but not all - of my purchases, but it’s pretty frustrating not being able to track down orders for items I haven’t received yet.

How old are those transactions? Preorders must ship within thirty days to conform to eBay policy. If an item does not follow policy, it is possible that eBay removed the listing.
Is the seller still registered?

Hi velvet@ebay. We now have 3 posters reporting this problem on both the website and the app:
@denverpensfan and @garysgarage-84 as seen above and also @gigl65 who posted on an old/dead thread.
Can you please check to see if there's a tech ticket open on this issue?

According to the update Velvet posted here, you can contact CS with the below info and get added to the open ticket. The more sellers reporting this, the higher up the issue will move in the fix queue.
