Ebay offered a promo for 200 listings at .10 after free listings were used up. This was for the entire month of November. Was sent to my messages and a email to my personal account. It has disappeared completly with no trace. Does not show in my summary under promo history. Ebay is looking into and will let me know. Anyone else have this happen?

I caught ebay doing this to me too. 200 free auction style and fixed price listings under the category clothing for march. I went to take advantage of the offer and it disappeared right before my eyes. I am calling them about it. Anyone else have this problem? Can anyone confirm you got this offer as well? They also had store Promos listed as well with 2000 listings for free and 1000 listings free. Did you get the store promos? Did you get the clothing category promotion? What's going on?

Second time this happened to me... the first time cost me over 100 USD in ebay fees since neither I nor the ebay customer service rep could find the missing email. I had another offer for $10 total final value fees and it was supposed to be good until the end of today. (midnight pacific time)... but poof it went bye bye with no trace. HOWEVER I screened shot the listing offer this time because of my last experience and I can manually type in the URL from the screenshot to get the offer. Overall this disappearing offer in my mailbox is a bit unsettling. I should not have to screenshot everything for proof it existed.

Basically Promotional emails should not self destruct in your ebay inbox.

No they should never just dissapear with no explananition from ebay. Makes me wonder if this is some sort of hacking from a outside party to gain private information. After my original post over a year ago eBay has never been able to give me an explanation for this matter.

That is not the only glich they have in their system, for about the last 10 years when ever i call ebay the auto system in place asks if i am calling about the seller restriction on my account. Not knowing what that is all about i have replied several times YES. When put through to a live agent, "in singapore" they have never been able to explain this restriction and that there is not a restriction on my account. Go figure!

I have noticed a similar thing with eBay bucks promotional messages -- going back to my messages to confirm the details and terms of the promotion while it is still going on, and being unable to find the message.

Usually I am able to find a link back to the original page by searching for "ebay" on daily deal websites such as Wireddeals or Slickdeals.

On 3 October I activated a promotion that limited the final value fees on up to five auctions.

I listed two items and kept an eye on them; a couple of days before auctions were to end, I glanced at the Promotional Offers of my selling page and . . . the promotion was gone.

I listed two items and have kept an eye on them; today, the day before auctions were to end, I glanced at the Promotional Offers of my selling page and . . . the promotion was gone.

eBay's staff have twice implied that I never activated the promotions, which is insulting as I am neither dishonest not stupid.

I have spoken to eBay today, and they say if anything sells they will manually limit the final value fees, but I cannot help but feel this is going to end in disaster.
