Anybody else having a problem not being able to promote their listings? Or their items is not actually getting promoted I heard some sellers are effected by this!

I can't always promote my listings - this has been going on for a week. The other problem I'm having is mark down manager is taking forever to end a promotion before I can start another promotion. It's been 6 hours since I ended my previous promotion and it's still running on my items.

Add to that - even searching thru your own unsolds is not bring up items that have not been relisted. Lots of problems lately.

I had this happen on a relist yesterday; I got the red lettering, stating 'your listing cannot be promoted at this time'. I had never seen that before. I just went out of the listing, signed in again, and it worked the second time around. So for me at least it was just a glitch.

I have the same problem NONE of my promoted items are getting promoted.
Any body from eBay please help Us.

Apparently eBay is having a bug in the system that affected some seller on promoting their listings! Expected time for them to fix the issue is February 14th! Are you getting the portion to promote using your eBay app?

I'm having problems listing! wont allow me to change listing period from 'good til cancelled' to anything else! Have just come on laptop to try as wouldn't work on iphone or ipad. Incredibly slow, wont allow me to do anything, despite logging in & out few times 😕

Has nothing to do with Promoted Listing issues.

You can't change a GTC listing to anything else - you can only end a GTC listing and relist it.
