Promoted Listings Problem

You may want to check your traffic in your ebay seller hub. I check my daily and my promoted listing impressions are down 90% of my daily average for the past 6 months. This told me there was an issue and has been for Thursday 7/09 and Friday 7/10.

I called it in last night and not fixed yet. He stated he heard nothing about a promoted item problem and put in a ticket. This also has caused no sales in the last 7 hours when I average 55 items every 24 hours. So if something is off for you on ebay, check your traffic impressions.

Also noticed a new day high on page that error out with the it's not your fault it's ours page. Make sure to call your problems in.

Im having issues with the traffic I am getting to my listings, My usual daily views were around 250k ever since april 14th of this year my traffic from promoted listings has been gradually going down. The last 5 days my promoted views have been down 99% i'm getting little to any views. I am also a top rated plus seller which has me so confused about the whole situation. I have called eBay several times and I had one CSR offer a "account refresh" which did nothing, and the rest just told me we're having a slow period. The thing is a slow period does not result in a 99% decrease in views, your sales may slow down but the views should never be 99% in the red. Mind you I use eBay suggested percentage when it comes to promoted listings, and I promote all of my listings. I feel like I have been black listed of some sort. Please help

Same problem here.  The traffic graph for promoted listings has plummeted since July 10.   This is not a "slow period" this is broken code of some type.  

July 11 was the same day Ebay quietly changed the minimum percentage for promoted listings from 1% to 2%.   But that can't be all they did that day, because none of mine were that low of a percentage.

And furthermore, when I list items, I keep getting recurrent errors where the promote-listing option won't show up.  Something is very wrong.

How did you get that promoted listings issue resolved.

I sold my first item fastly within 1 day but after that same i trying increasing ad rate to hell but still no response. Barely getting a couple of views. 

I mean **bleep** is this...

Can anyone found solution, plz help me with that. 

It feels like a shadow banned while promoting listings.
