We started using the Promoted Listings feature and have since had a massive, unprecedented drop in sales, .We just do not experience 2 sales in 3 days, ever.
I have a feeling this feature wasn't tested properly and many or most of our listings aren't being indexed/promoted correctly by the server matrix.
Anyone listening? At all? I don't know whether to kill all the campaigns or if that would even do any good. We're going to have to scramble to pay our October fees at this rate. Very scary stuff. Please advise.

I just posted a question as well because I've had 0 impressions of my listings since I started my ad campaign 14 days ago. Are you getting any impressions of your listings? My sales have plummeted, as well.

From reading some of the other posts, it seems like eBay is having bigger problems than just the promoted listings. Major meltdowns.

Ever since Ebay started the promoted listings my sells dropped drastically. I then put my items in the promoted listings and still did not help. I agree that something is broken.

If a campaign ends it will get no more new impressions which could lead to clicks and sales. If a ad rate is too low your items may not get a good amount of extra visibility and fewer impressions lead to fewer click and sales. Check your campaigns to make sure none have ended. Then edit each campaign to make sure the trending ad rate is not higher than your current rates.
