Problems with Uploading Photos for new listing

Anyone having problems with uploading photos for new listings today?

still not working tried everything under the moon. I can list items no problem on the fb marketplace. I know the problem isnt on my end.

eBay is a JOKE! and not a funny one... I've been selling on here for 22 years.

It has gone steadily downhill from the outset.

They have no problem charging exorbitant fees and infiltrating my listings with 3rd party ads... but they can't manage to keep their database online so that I can list new items, go figure.

I am selling more and more on Facebook Marketplace and getting as much or more for my items and paying 5% (and often NO fees because buyer pays offline...).  It makes eBay's 12.55% final value fee on item, shipping AND TAX very unappealing.  It won't be long before I flush the eBay toilet completely out of my life...

Thanks for letting me know. I managed to add one listing with two images after I logged in again. So I was glad it seemed over. Then on the second one same problem again. I refuse to use external images, they have to fix the problem.

I'm not depending on Ebay for anything, just selling stuff as a hobby, but if you're a business this hurts.

Did you ever get your problem with uploading photos solved because it has been almost a week and I still cant upload,,,Tried everything ebay rep said,,,I am so frustrated ,,,and so sick of the constant bugs that we get a song and dance about and of course "Its not on our end",,,Would love to find a solution so I can get listing and get some sales going,,,Thanks in advance,,,Elaine

I have been having problems with uploading photos since January, 2022.  It is causing me to have to work 3X harder because the only way I can get a completed listing with pictures is to save as a draft about 3 to 4 times for each listing.  It hangs up uploading pictures and editing pictures.  I am very frustrated!  I listed 8 items yesterday and it took hours and hours between two computer and saving drafts.  HELP!

I too am having the same issues with photos not saving to my drafts after I upload them from my mobile app.  Also, I get the never ending toilet drain swirly icon when trying to list my listing.  Pretty frustrating when things work then they don't, then they work, then not,

For 5 days I could not list due to the media mail option not showing no matter what I did.  Put in 2 requests.  It started working after I listed 3 items using first class mail and explaining in the description that I would try to ship media mail but I was not able to utilize the option in the listing.

Today, my pictures won't upload.  It just keeps spinning green.  Makes me wonder about my reselling on this platform.  Every day it seems to be something.

Yes, I have spent hours upon hours and days upon days trying everything I can find on the internet, trying Google Photos, trying to load from camera to ebay photos, then from google photos and nothing worked.

I called ebay and after many conversations with them they suggested the follow: They said to take the picture(s) and choose them and then email them to yourself.  Then download the email you received and download the pictures onto your desktop.

Then name them what you want them to be called and save.  This puts it under your desktop files, and the open your Ebay templete and go to the photos.  Press on the PLUS side inside the box when you press the box it will take you to your desktop list of files and even shows up the picture you took and named it something other than a bunch of numbers.  Click on the picture or whatever you named it, and it automatically goes into the ebay photo section! YEA!!!! After hours.  I did notice many times I try to send the email to myself from the camera photo sometimes it won't take it and comes back that the recipient could not be found in yahoo ending email address.  I have a gmail address.  So it sometimes doesn't get you into the email you sent to yourself.  But try again sending TO your email and FROM your email and eventually you get in.  If you figure this out please let me know.  Hope this helps! I feel alot better because I DID get in this way and have photos in ebay as dummy's now. ha ha
