Anyone else having problems with the way their Seller Rating has been calculated? We have been selling on Ebay for over 20 years. A number of years ago we changed some or policies so we could receive the benefits of being a Top Rated+ seller. We have been, until the August 20 evaluation, when our "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" metric fell below the standard. The report showed 7 items as "never uploaded at all". I checked with wife and found out that the 7 items were on the same transaction AND HAD BEEN PICKED UP BY THE BUYER AT OUR WAREHOUSE. The wife couldn't find where to mark it as having been deliver, so she let it pass. I contacted Ebay Customer service 5 times, 2 by phone and 3 by direct chat, to no avail....I have had 2 supervisors thank me for being such a loyal seller, assured me that the uploaded on time and verified was not used in the Top Rated+ calculation and that it was only a requirement of a Top Rated+ seller to maintain a 95% rate. Both totally ignored the fact that 7 items were on 1 sale, and assured me that the best way to get back to being Top Rated+ was TO SELL MORE ITEMS..! NOW, the 7 items have appeared back on the "Sold, awaiting shipment report" AND OVERDUE...!!

The requirements to be TRS do include having at least 95% tracking uploaded on time for your transactions with US-based buyers. From your experience, it would appear that eBay counts the number of items separately, even if they were combined for payment and/or shipment. It's possible that you had some transactions with non-US-based buyers, which would have lowered the total amount of transactions used in the calculation.
This requirement applies to TRS sellers; and technically there's no such thing as a TRS+ seller. TRS+ is a standard that applies to certain listings posted by TRS sellers, if those listings meet certain requirements as well.

WOW......YOU could qualify as an Ebay Supervisor.... 1) IF Ebay was counting each item of a multiple item sale AS AN INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTION, I would EXPECT that either one of the two supervisors would have informed me of thet 2) All of our sales for that time period were domestic sales. We had several buyers who purchased more than one item at a time. In EVERY multiple item sale, EACH ITEM HAD THE SAME SALES RECORD NUMBER, so, obviously Ebay treated multiple item sales as one transaction. The problem is Ebay made a mistake and are NOT willing to admit it.
