Problems printing labels

I am unable to print labels this morning. The message reads:

USPS is experiencing significant delays across their delivery network. Please consider using other carrier options that may provide a better buyer experience.

and then reads: 

Additional text on the label can be up to 50 characters long

Very frustrated. I also tried to print from Paypal and it did not work either.

Are you kidding me?  They will not be offering media mail anymore?  Did he say why?  Seems like eBay is making it harder and harder to do business with them!
