Problems printing ebay 2 x 7 USPS labels Brother QL-710W

I have this Brother QL710 thermal printer which I have not been able to fix and I am so frustrated, hope you can help me please.

When I want to print a USPS label I have chosen the 2 x 7 label. When I click on the preview and print it, all comes perfectly. A horizontal 2 x 7 label. (as seen in the photo)

When I proceed to purchase the label, what I get to print is an 8x11 label . No matter what size of paper I select from the options, it shows me an 8x 11 label in horizontal position. I can't understand what is happening. I have a Mac. Thank you so much!

This is a recent ebay glitch. The current work around is to use ebay Bulk Shipping, even for a single label.  You can also print from PayPal by selecting the needed label format.

Thanks for addressing my question. I have used paypal but it is more expensive than eBay. I am a little confused about how can I print in bulk if it is even one label as suggested. Thanks!

On the label management page instead of clicking the item's drop down menu to print the single label, check the box to select it.  Then the bulk Shipping tab above will be enabled, where you can select to print shipping labels, etc.

I am having the same issue. I have changed it to a 4x6 which is saved.   And it will still ship with the online record which I removed.  COME ON EBAY FIX THIS

Followed your steps and still did not work. Ebay still sends me the 8x11 format label. Thanks for trying to help anyway, I appreciate it!

Were you printing 2 x 7 with no problem before? I just started printing them. I was printing the 8 x 11 format in an adhesive label. But having the Brother printer I just purchased continues labels to make my work easier. 

If you were printing 2 x 7 labels with no issue before, any idea when this issue started? I just want to understand if this is a recent problem or has going on for quite some time.  Thanks!

@brooklyndude  This problem just started to be reported in the last few weeks.  It so far seems to affect mostly newer ebay users.  We have tagged ebay about it, but no response so far.

So you tried the bulk shipping and still have the same problem?  That's odd as others appear to have it working that way.  Note that this works when you create a new label, not when  trying to reprint an old label.

Yes,  I tried printing a new order that came in. Double checked that I had 2 x 7 selected and when it come to print the label, pops up a 8x 11. :'(

@oc_depot  are you still able to print properly using bulk shipping?  User on this board can't seem to make that work either.

Yup, I'm still able to print the right labels on the bulk shipping screen and I still only get 8.5"x11" formatted labels if I got through the single-item shipping screen. I'm don't know if this is relevant but I'm printing 4x6's and the original poster said they were trying to print 2x7's. Sad to hear they're still having trouble.
